- 3 cups cold milk

- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Instructions
- Pulse chocolate cookies in a food processor until they resemble coarse soil.
- Whisk chocolate pudding mix and cold milk together until smooth and thickened.
- Beat softened cream cheese until creamy and lump-free.
- Fold the whipped topping and creamed cheese gently into the pudding mixture.
- Press a layer of cookie crumbs into the bottom of a glass bowl.
- Spread the creamy pudding mixture evenly over the crumb base.
- Top with a final thick layer of cookie crumbs to cover the cream.
- Push gummy worms into the top layer of crumbs for a spooky effect.
