- 12 large pretzel rods
- 12 oz white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 24 small candy eyes
Instructions
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each pretzel rod into the chocolate, coating about 3/4 of the rod.
- Swirl the chocolate with a fork to create a 'bandage' texture.
- Place pretzels on parchment paper and wait 2 minutes.
- Press two candy eyes onto the top of each pretzel.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until the chocolate is completely set.
