- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt & pepper
Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet; sear chicken with Cajun seasoning.
