- 1 cup boiling water
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 can (11oz) mandarin oranges, drained
Instructions
- Dissolve orange gelatin in boiling water and let cool slightly.
- Fold in whipped topping until marbled.
- Stir in cottage cheese gently.
- Fold in drained mandarin oranges.
- Pour into a bowl and chill for at least 2 hours.
