- 12 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil egg noodles in salted water until almost al dente, then drain.
- Stir melted butter into the hot noodles.
- Mix sour cream, garlic powder, and 1 cup of cheese in a bowl.
- Fold the cream mixture into the noodles gently.
- Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbling.
