- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Gel food coloring (purple, orange, or green)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Stir together melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
- Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Fold gently until just combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture into two small bowls and add food coloring to each.
- Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Drop spoonfuls of the colored cream cheese mixtures onto the chocolate batter.
- Use a toothpick to swirl the colors into the chocolate in a marble pattern.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
