  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Prepare the salmon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and patting them dry.
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko bread crumbs.
  3. Dip each salmon cube first in the flour, then in the egg wash, and finally coat thoroughly in panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the salmon cubes in batches until golden brown on all sides (about 2-3 minutes per side).
  5. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
