- 2 large eggs
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for cooking)
Instructions
- Prepare the shrimp by peeling and deveining if necessary. Chop the vegetables and have the cooked rice ready.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add vegetable oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp from the pan and set aside.
