  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced (about 200g)
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, quartered
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinaigrette (or dressing of choice)

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Grill the chicken breast until fully cooked; slice it into strips.
  3. Boil eggs in cold water; bring to a boil for 10-12 minutes. Cool in ice bath, peel, and chop.
  4. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; crumble once cooled.
  5. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, chicken, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, avocado, and blue cheese.
  6. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
