- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (preferably overnight).
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F or 200°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and place on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes until charred, then flip.
- Brush BBQ sauce over the chicken after flipping and grill for another 6-7 minutes until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
