- 1 bone-in ham (about 8–10 pounds)
- 1 cup Campari
- 1 cup sweet vermouth
- 1/2 cup gin
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
- In a medium saucepan, combine Campari, sweet vermouth, gin, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush half of the glaze over it.
- Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour (15-18 minutes per pound).
- Remove the foil during the last 30 minutes and baste every 10 minutes until caramelized.
