Ingredients

  • 1 can (15oz) black beans, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Season cubed chicken with cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
