  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken for about 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
