- 3 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 package (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 package strawberry gelatin
- 2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine crushed pretzels and melted butter; press into 9×13 pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese and pudding mix with milk until smooth.
- Spread cream mixture over cooled crust and refrigerate.
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the cream layer.
- Prepare strawberry gelatin with boiling water and pour over strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
