Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Whisk flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples and milk gently with a spatula.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a skewer comes out clean.
