Description
A luxurious cheesecake topped with a honey-glazed fig swirl. Perfectly creamy with a buttery graham cracker crust.

- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
- 24 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 10–12 fresh figs, sliced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one on low speed, followed by vanilla extract.
- Pour the batter over the cooled crust.
- Sauté sliced figs with honey and lemon juice over medium heat until jammy.
- Spoon fig mixture onto the batter and swirl with a knife.
- Place pan in a water bath and bake at 325°F for 50-60 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool in the oven with the door cracked for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 6 hours.
