Whimsical Halloween treats featuring a fudge cookie base and a chocolate kiss top, bound together with melted chocolate for a witch hat appearance.

- 24 fudge cookies
- 24 chocolate kisses
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate melting wafers
- 1/2 cup orange candy melts
- Orange sanding sugar
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate wafers in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon one teaspoon of melted chocolate onto the center of each fudge cookie.
- Press one chocolate kiss firmly into the chocolate on each cookie.
- Pipe a thin orange candy melt band around the base of the kiss.
- Sprinkle orange sanding sugar onto the band while still wet.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes until set.
