- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Whisk together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and brown sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined; do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bars completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- Beat softened cream cheese and butter until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and vanilla.
- Spread frosting over the cooled bars and slice into squares.
