- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the pork tenderloin dry with paper towels.
- Mix Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, olive oil, and thyme in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture all over the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
- Rest the meat for 10 minutes before slicing.
