Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time and blend until just combined.
