Ingredients

  • 4 pita breads, halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, cumin, and paprika; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chopped fresh parsley.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and a pinch of garlic.
  5. Dice cucumber and red onion finely.
