- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water per package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
