- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8"x8" square pan with parchment paper.
- Heat honey, almond milk, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whisk in cocoa until fully coated, add oats until evenly mixed.
- Reserve a small amount to press into the pan bottom, then pour remaining batter.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the mixture.
- Refrigerate 10–15 minutes until firm.
- Cut into bars, store or serve immediately.
