Description

These no-bake chocolate peanut butter oat bars are a quick, fiber-rich treat that combines creamy peanut butter, dark chocolate, and wholesome oats for a memorable snack. They’re easy to make, customizable, and keep a satisfying texture without baking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8"x8" square pan with parchment paper.
  2. Heat honey, almond milk, peanut butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whisk in cocoa until fully coated, add oats until evenly mixed.
  4. Reserve a small amount to press into the pan bottom, then pour remaining batter.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the mixture.
