- 1 cup uncooked white or brown rice
- 1 medium onion, diced

- 2 cups tomato sauce

- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

- Add ground meat to the skillet, cooking until browned. Break it apart as it cooks.
- Stir in uncooked rice and tomato sauce until well combined.
