- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded or sliced
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 4 brioche buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced onions and peppers to the pan and sauté until tender.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder.
- Top the mixture with provolone cheese and cover until melted.
- Stir the cheese into the beef mixture.
