Ingredients

  • 1 medium red onion (about 100g), finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper (about 15g), seeded and finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes (about 60ml)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (about 10g), chopped
  • Salt to taste (approximately ½ tsp)

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced cucumbers with the red onion and jalapeño.
