- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken breasts for 2 minutes per side until browned.
- Place seared chicken in the slow cooker insert.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning, minced garlic, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
- Top the chicken with butter slices and cubed cream cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until chicken is tender and reaches 165F internal temperature.
