- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk or plant‑based milk
Instructions
- Blend Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Chill mixture in refrigerator for 15‑20 minutes.
- Pipe mixture and swirl blue berry swirl into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks, freeze for at least 4 hours.
