- 1 can (14 oz) cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Place seared chicken in the slow cooker in a single layer.
- Whisk together cranberry sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl.
- Spoon the glaze over the chicken and add minced garlic around the meat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and whisk sauce to smooth. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
