- 1/2 cup pineapple juice (reserved from can)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and apple cider vinegar until the sugar is dissolved.
- Place the frozen beef meatballs into the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Pour the prepared glaze over the meatballs, stirring gently to ensure every meatball is coated.
- Gently fold in the pineapple chunks, distributing them evenly throughout the pot.
- Cover with a lid and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
- Optional: For a professional finish, transfer meatballs to a hot skillet for 5 minutes to caramelize the exterior before serving.
