- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cubed
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6 hamburger buns
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked.
- Drain the excess grease from the skillet and transfer the beef to the slow cooker.
- Stir in the brown sugar, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Top the beef with butter cubes, sliced pepperoncinis, and pepperoncini juice.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir gently to incorporate melted butter and serve on toasted buns.
