Description

A fusion of Tex-Mex flavors and comforting pasta, slow-cooked to perfection for a rich, cheesy, and savory family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 12 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  2. Transfer beef to the slow cooker and stir in minced garlic, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes.
  3. Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. While the beef finishes, cook spaghetti noodles in boiling water until slightly underdone (al dente).
  5. Drain the noodles and fold them into the slow cooker with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover for 10 minutes until melted, and serve.
