- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 12 oz spaghetti noodles
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer beef to the slow cooker and stir in minced garlic, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes.
- Pour in the beef broth and stir to combine. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- While the beef finishes, cook spaghetti noodles in boiling water until slightly underdone (al dente).
- Drain the noodles and fold them into the slow cooker with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, cover for 10 minutes until melted, and serve.
