- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Season turkey tenderloin with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown turkey on all sides until golden.
- Mix softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl.
- Rub the herb butter mixture evenly over the seared turkey.
- Place turkey in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around the sides.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove turkey and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Reduce the remaining slow cooker juices in a pan for 5 minutes to create a glaze and pour over meat.
