Description

A succulent and juicy turkey tenderloin slow-cooked to perfection with a rich garlic and herb butter glaze. This method ensures the lean meat stays moist and flavorful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs turkey tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Season turkey tenderloin with salt and pepper on all sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown turkey on all sides until golden.
  3. Mix softened butter, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme in a small bowl.
  4. Rub the herb butter mixture evenly over the seared turkey.
  5. Place turkey in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth around the sides.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove turkey and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  8. Reduce the remaining slow cooker juices in a pan for 5 minutes to create a glaze and pour over meat.
