Rich and fudgy chocolate brownies loaded with crushed Oreo cookies for a decadent Halloween treat.

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Stir melted butter and cocoa powder together until smooth.
- Whisk in sugar and vanilla extract until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gently fold in flour and salt until just combined; do not overmix.
- Fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 22-25 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
