Instructions
- Melt butter and dark chocolate together using a double boiler.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy.
- Fold in flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
- Bake at 325F for 20-25 minutes in a lined square pan.
- Drizzle espresso mixture over the warm brownies.
- Whip mascarpone, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread cream over the cooled brownie base.
- Chill for 4 hours and dust with cocoa powder before serving.
