Tender beef chunks and buttery potatoes slow-cooked in a rich, aromatic garlic butter sauce. A heartwarming one-pot meal that is minimal effort and maximum flavor.

- 2 lbs Beef Chuck Roast, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1.5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Season beef with salt and pepper, then sear in a hot skillet until browned on all sides.
- Place cubed potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add seared beef cubes on top of the potatoes.
- Mix melted butter, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on Low for 7-8 hours or High for 4 hours.
- Stir in fresh parsley and serve hot.
