- 1 can (15 oz) white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, flaked
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1 tbsp capers, rinsed
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1 tbsp extra‑virgin olive oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- Optional: 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the white beans.
- Flake the tuna into a bowl.
- Add beans, red onion, capers, and cherry tomatoes (if using).
- Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano together.
- Pour dressing over salad and gently toss.
- Season to taste, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
